children's Ministry
In our Children's Ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
Who's Involved?
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Children's Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblical, and fun environment for your kids.

what to expect
Each Sunday, if you have a baby, toddler, or preschooler, you will need to check your child in at the Skyland Preschool Desk. Plan to arrive a little early, because it may take 2-3 minutes when you check in for the first time. During check in, you will have an opportunity to list allergies or health concerns for our preschool workers and volunteers. From there, your child will be walked to their age-specific classroom. When you return at the end of the worship service you will check-out your child at the same place you checked them in.
On Sundays, when dropping off grade school children, you will be greeted by a volunteer at the Treehouse Desk. They will make sure that your child makes their way to the Children's Worship room. After their Community Group meets, your children will be brought to the Family Life Center, and you can pick them up when you arrive.
